San-Lee Chapel (SLC) is a community of regular people from a variety of backgrounds. At SLC, community means building genuine and authentic relationships that last. The common element giving this group of people community is Jesus Christ. The SLC people are not perfect, but they have a sincere desire to live their life for Jesus and with Jesus.

SLC focuses on two types of relationships: a relationship with God and relationships with others. This focus originates from Matthew 22:36-39 (NIV), “Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.’” The focus is learning how to live in harmony with God and the other people in our lives.
